      Lusardi cares about family and understands when you need to take time off to care for them. Lusardi is a very welcoming place to work.

      Great 401k matching and company vehicles

      Cons

      No work life balance... aka micromanagement they expect you to work over 8 hours a day. Base paid is lower than the the average construction company.. Lack of PTO...
