Pros

Free product's, hour breaks,great staff

Cons

No communication between staff and store manager Worked here for 8 months and I have to say I loved the team I worked with in regards to sales assistants and supervisors and the assistant manager was amazing but the store manager you don't see from one end of the week to another when you do see her she's a tyrant on the floor, expects miracles in regards to sales and is constantly on your back about approaching customers and targets and doesn't listen to staff needs in regards to hours i was doing clopens atleast once a week which is tough when you finish at 9:30pm and have to be in for 8:45 am and you still have to go home eat and travel. Its not worth the money at all doing 32 hours work and 16 hours travel a week burns you out on top of that with monthly pay on 32 hours which is the most they offer you only come out with like peanuts. If you can live of that for a month it would be a miracle

Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

Cons

Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
