Head office is a joke! I don't know how, or who was in charge of hiring but everyone I have met from head office seems to lack any care or any general human qualities.. lol. Upper management was manipulative and a bully (also very bad at their job] which combined with an incompetent HR department left me with nowhere to reach out. A lot of other managers I have met seem to get power hungry and get absorbed in the Head offices petty dramas and cruel mindsets. I loved being a manager because my team were feeling support and cared for by me but I couldn't take the horrible treatment, lies, and manipulation that came from upper management and from all of Head Office. I HOPE this makes sense
