Pros
- Lush paid for my full training in Swedish Massage - Lovely treatments with lots of different influences behind each one which keeps things exciting - Chance to connect with people and provide a warm, safe space for all - Veeeeery nice products - In depth training - Wellbeing treatments (maybe not quite regularly enough) - A company that cares about the planet and the beings on it
Cons
- Spa was often seen as a lower priority to the shop which made the job of the therapists more difficult (especially when staff would be moved to the shop floor instead of allowing them to clean the spa) - Physically demanding, sometimes had 6 treatment days which was very difficult on the body.
