      Location was nice, office manager was great, some of the staff was talented and good to work with as well.

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment, drinking on the job condoned, HR nightmare, work not compensated fairly, took advantage of interns

      Pros

      Lustre is a small company, and with that, each employee is allowed to tackle many different aspects of production, research, and everything in between. The office is located in Capitol Hill and the company atmosphere matches that. The balance of professionalism and creativity is just right.

      Cons

      With such a small company, some of the big-company perks are missing.
