Difficult management - Administrator Lutheran Home Employee Review

Great company, with great staff and residents. The physical rehab is a great unit and program. Very organized and clean facility.

No downsides, company was great

Residents are mostly friendly and grateful. I think Pastor Paul is the only true Christian I met there.

Management does not communicate. It took me several calls, emails, texts, etc. to get put down for any shifts or get any attention or a response to my inquiries. I may as well have not had a job. They finally terminated me for some BS reason that I could easily disprove. Great. At least now I can file for unemployment until I get with a better organization which should be easy. They certainly don't practice Lutheran values. Plus the pay and the insurance are cheap.
