Pros
Wonderful people to work with. It has a family atmosphere with caring people and a work-life balance. I worked there a long time and saw many changes. Almost everything has changed for the better. Excellent benefits package too.
Cons
The only downside is if you're in a position where you must depend on the marketing subdepartment. Almost everyone was hired with minimal or no marketing experience, and unfortunately that is regardless of what title level they have. What that means is that marketing strategies ended up being thrown together last minute in a hurry instead of carefully thought out with success in mind. And I could not get reporting on results of what they did, to determine if the strategies worked. I bring this up because marketing is such a key function and you will need to bring your own marketing ability to the table. Important to know that going in.
