Pros
Wonderful place with lovely people committed to the well being of so many residents. Everyone works hard. It's not an easy thing to work in senior living.
Cons
A lot of outsourcing (HR, accounting) makes it difficult to get answers or move things forward. Not a lot of great attitude in the Foundation. Needs a personality overhaul.
