Pros

Working alongside community members that makes this role. Having some incredibly dedicated members of staff who are passionate and care about their residents and work colleagues.

Cons

Eager to grow but lack the framework, policies and procedures to fix what they already have. No real commitment to change the system or expand in ways that create a better environment for everyone. Lack the capacity to change, fix what you have and then expand. There is so much we could be doing better, but we lack the ability to think outside the square and seek help from those below us in other roles.

Pros

Flexible working options allowing you to work 2-3 days from home and hours to balance your work-life

Cons

P&C culture is quite cliquey, lots of issues that slide under the radar and not promptly addressed as they should be as a HR department. Processes are very unclear and systems challenging to navigate. Very little career progression.
