      Pros

      - Competitive salary - Good team - Mobility program - If your project is over you always get a new one, but it might need a relocation - More possibilities to grow, through moving between projects than working directly in a bank

      Cons

      - Customer is dumb and always wrong, and management in 80% of cases can't affect their decision - Tech. stack is kinda old and getting you a feeling that it was chosen randomly w/o research - Be careful when choosing a project, always ask questions - Internal services are crap, slow, ineffective treat you like enemy - TL and PM's leave much to be desired But I would say it's applicable for all outsourcing

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
