Management recently introduced some top-down changes that weren't well received, including a RTO policy in Belgium, which nobody understands as most of your team is remote anyway.

The company is very transparent and the leadership shares the highs and lows. At any point in time, you know where the company is going and what is (not) working well. It feels very transparent and down to earth. The marketing team is made up of true experts and great people to work with. It's a fully remote company that allows you to work in a way that suits you best. Probably the best remote company I have worked in since I started my career in 2016.

Sometimes, you have to wear many hats, but that's what startups are all about.
