3 members laid off within a month or so after two new members joined because of 'budget'. They have a knack for surprise lay offs as they did the same to a fourth member a few months later. They were interviewing prior to this and didn't provide any warning while this member was a top performer and consistent hard worker. Looks like they have a cycle for recycling sales members ... sales manager is passive aggressive and shoots completely unnecessary condescending comments, changed the commissions program to the disadvantage of the members after introducing the previous one two months prior.
