Pros
Good salary when hired and that is about it
Cons
- Poorly managed, with poor business sense. There's no work but unwilling to innovate and move into new business areas lsuch as bulk materials handling. - No transparency from management - Employees are treated like hourly contractors to bill out without giving employees ownership, responsibility and growth potential. - Consistently fail to secure work, but treat clients badly and have developed a poor reputation in the industry. - Constantly start but never implement new strategies. Have been trying to get ISO accredited for 5+ years, what a joke. = Frequent mass retrenchments when times are bad, and mass hiring when good with no future resource planning. - Constant politics, and fear for your job (retrenchments every 6 months are standard) - Standard fair to promise a lot to candidates in interview, but never deliver on anything - No increases once you're hired -Long hours during project cycle, with no additional compensation = No pension or medical benefits
