Pros
The product is great, with lot of technical challenges, high load and traffic, and great peoples in teams: talented, helpful and friendly.
Cons
Terrible top management experience: constant changes in priorities; tendency to point fingers at people when things don't work properly. Stressful environment: public admonitions on slack channels, constant doubts on how things are done or monitored, absence of trust, control. Very hierarchical structure.
