You're left to do your work for the most part.

Management has absolutely no concern for their employees. They act as if people don't exist and that they're worth nothing. No incentives, no bonuses, basically no raises, no growth, no work life balance. People yell all day in the office. Not a good environment. You're basically in the family's living room watching their day to day.
