I met some really nice people that I have developed life long friendships with.

Cons

The management is very unpleasant,unprofessional and at times just rude. There is blatant favoritism and it's not a pleasant place to work. I would not suggest anyone take a position there. You will be hired with promises of growth that will never happen it is a family run business that does not appreciate or respect the staff. If you take a job here you will be miserable. The turnover is ridiculous there have been over 20 employees resign in one year that should tell you all you need to know.

family run joke of a work place

This place is a joke. It is a family run place with obvious discrimination and favoritism. Very unprofessional and not understanding of basic human needs such as needing to take a sick day to care for a sick child. Managers/people in charge are all family members or family friends, sometimes with no experience whatsoever in the area they are supervising. They are often very rude and unprofessional. Very high turnover of employees which says a lot about a place. Salary is average with promises of growth and incentive. Minimal incentive and definitely no growth if you are not family or a close friend. Lots of lies. Shady run operation. Stay away. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Decent pay and Benefits. Met a few really genuine people who I have become very good friends with.

Cons

If you like being put down and insulted infront of everyone by management, and a few regular employees, which management condones, and never be commended for doing a good job, this is the place for you! Human Resource doesn't do anything to help rectify these situations either. It's a joke really.
