      Pros

      Senior leadership is highly respected, lean workforce at plants has great teamwork, safety culture is strong

      Cons

      Corporate support units are dysfunctional, their managers are skilled at managing up, too lean means people burnout and leave. Good training ground but no path up so talent leaves constantly. Compliance and HR only protect company not employees. Bullying, berating and managing the clock not the work are all present. To move up you have to move out.

      Great experience and well known chemical manufacturing, minimal layoff since org continuously runs lean, in office environment with heavy commute for most

      Cons

      Lower pay offering versus their competitors in chemical commodities or O&G, long hours expected for salary employees, extremely lean organization
