LYB has a lot to offer as a company. I think it starts at the top with transparent, approachable and honest leadership of the CEO and Executive Level Leaders. I have had the opportunity to work with Senior Management/Leadership Team members across several functions of the organizations and I can say the same about this group. Not only is the talent at this level impressive, the people come across as genuine, pleasant to work with, and friendly. One of the biggest surprises to me was the willingness from Senior Management to offer praise and recognition of successes/accomplishments. I have never received this amount of recognition in my life. They foster a very collaborative work environment where people work very hard because they feel valued and appreciated. LYB is able to offer attractive compensation packages which include a competitive base salary, annual bonus, 401k matching program, pension plan and great health insurance benefits. The vacation and PTO packages are very competitive and realistic. There are many opportunities for talent development and opportunities for advancement.
