Pros
Nice team, international, fixed clients. The job itself is easy to learn, you get a fixed portfolio of clients so it's not like working for this telemarketing companies, where you just randomly get client calls. You work with SAP and mainly entering orders or dealing with complaints and logistic costs.
Cons
It's difficult to grow into another position once you started as a CSR. They don't offer you may opportunities to switch to another job. It's good for a graduate but if you want to grow within a company maybe it's better to look elsewhere.
