Business outlook
Pros
Free snacks, ping pong table, monthly happy hours and company outings. Met some amazing and very smart people here who I will consider my friends for the rest of my life. CEO is an amazing guy with a great vision in mind, but that's not enough. Pay is good as well.
Cons
- Culture has drastically changed within the last two years. From fun and challenging culture to a dry and boring consulting. - Great resources are leaving while new people who are getting hired are less than qualified. - Nobody wants to learn or open to ideas. - Management allows clients to treat working teams with disrespect. - People point fingers at each other instead of taking responsibility. - No learning from mistakes.
