      The legacy company had a very long history of great people working for a common cause, the customer.

      Cons

      New leadership has come in and are cleaning out the legacy staff who have been behind the success of the company. They are eliminating positions to make way for AI and moving engineering to India.

      Younger company means more agility, but less defined process. Employees need to be comfortable navigating the undefined.

      Forward thinking company with a real agile mindset. Fully remote and people really respect your time so long as you do your job. The culture is laid back but professional and gets things done.

      Cons

      Still getting their feet under them in some places and working kinks out in some operational practices.
