Pros

absolutely none. avoid this company.

Cons

They will force you to work 6 days a week. They train people just to fire them and their turnover rate is completely insane. Product is a complete scam and they can't give it away fast enough- and they'll blame you for the fact that nobody wants it, and fire you with absolutely no warning. Payroll is completely incompetent- your check will often be short or late, and all they can do about it is shrug their shoulders. The dialer rarely works and this is another thing you will personally be blamed for- I have gig internet and was told the reason their dialer didn't work was because of my connection. I was getting 800 megs down at the time. Avoid! Avoid avoid avoid. If you are already hired there, don't show up. Don't waste your time and stress yourself out over a job that will most likely fire you in a week anyway.

Pros

They do pay $500 for the one week training. (on a 1099, so you owe taxes on that).BUT they also have you doing this sales pitch on the Saturday at the end of that, and if you can't do it...they don't pay you at all! There were 12 people in my class, and only 3 passed. I felt bad for the other 9. But they did pay me.

Cons

They have some leads, but they are selling a high rate 3.5% elevator PPA (25 year loan) that could possibly lead to a lien on someone's home. They are very shadowy, CEO is in India, no background on him. Matter of fact, all the glowing testimonials on their site I couldn't find the real people on LI or FBook. They super micro manage, recording your sales with homeowners, which is borderline illegal, and looked at me blankly when I said I had an HIS, which is the fingerprinting and background check all in home salespeople need to do in order to accept contracts, etc. I would be very surprised if this company lasts, and definitely feels like they aren't obeying many core laws in general. Run, don't walk.
