Cons
This company hires you on a premise that you MUST complete their 2 week UNPAID training course. If you pass the training you do get paid for the 2 weeks you worked, however if you don't, you get no compensation. They will also use you to work a few days, bag a few appointments, before terminating you. Basically free labor. Don't even think of taking a day or two off, or even having a bad day or two; they will fire you for that as well. They expect agents to work 5-6 days a week with minimal pay, and managers 6 days a week, with min pay as well. Their entire culture is toxic, they have Indian bosses who don't care and get paid 10x more than their regular agents all while they take free flights and expenses with no regard. They wrong their customers over with the 25 year contracts they provide, making them pay 200-300% more over the course of the life of their contract.
