      Pros

      Good place to learn. Once dispatched you work on your own. Co workers for the most part are good people

      Cons

      Just a job not a career . Equipment is no good. Pay is way to low and no benefits. Lucky if you get 40 hrs a week. Management is terable Don't be surprised if you are held down or set up to fail.its a us against them attitude

      Great place with good management and awesome coworkers. Give new drivers a chance to get into the business and offer fair pay. Modern fleet and all Petes
