      Great place to learn but no place to retire

      Pros

      Good place to learn. Once dispatched you work on your own. Co workers for the most part are good people

      Cons

      Just a job not a career . Equipment is no good. Pay is way to low and no benefits. Lucky if you get 40 hrs a week. Management is terable Don't be surprised if you are held down or set up to fail.its a us against them attitude

      Pros

      Decent Pay. Work - life balance is good

      Cons

      Old worn out equipment, they buy used equipment that the national carriers used and abused then sold. No diagnostic Software or shop manuals for any of the equipment. They except you to know it all in your head and be a independent Expert. Don't ask questions to do the job better because they think you don't know what you're doing because you ask questions. No safety equipment provided. all shop equipment was from harbor freight . Benefits are very poor and expensive. No retirement plan.
