even after they steal the money is okay. the problem is that everyone is too fearful to not get scheduled for events that nobody stands up to them.
Cons
-obvious tip theft -dont let you see your sales -if you stand up to them you get fired or just not scheduled so they can still claim you as an employee for a sweet tax rebate.
