Great Place To Work As A College Student!

Pros

Staff is very flexible with scheduling around conflicts and working with a busy college student's calendar. There is always a new type of event happening and you never know quite what to expect which I think makes it more fun. Staff is nice and captains at events know how to put fun into what can be a chaotic situation.

Cons

Events are always hectic in terms of planning and you will be in high pressure situations, especially if you are a good worker and they believe in you to get tasks done.

They 100% steal from you

even after they steal the money is okay. the problem is that everyone is too fearful to not get scheduled for events that nobody stands up to them.

Cons

-obvious tip theft -dont let you see your sales -if you stand up to them you get fired or just not scheduled so they can still claim you as an employee for a sweet tax rebate.
