Toxic micromanagement starting at the HR level going down to leadership Unprofessional leadership (talks inappropriately about staff and people that have left in public meetings) Dishonest reports to upper management to reflect the narrative, rather than the truth, leaving jobs exposed Questionable ethics (management/HR asked to change EOY reviews, when not warranted, but needing a cause to fire when companies closing and downsizing employees (to save the company money and not have to pay severances)) No clear job duties/expectations so you are constantly absorbing more No room for advancement Company often does not meet revenue goals, leading to no bonus for mid-level salary employees.
