      Trustworthy individuals overshadowed by poor management

      Pros

      - benefits and PTO -some people who actually still care and are trustworthy. Otherwise, all snakes. Esp HR, and VP of clinical affairs and operations

      Cons

      - poor management - people given higher pay and position when others below them do the job -dishonest - bonuses suck Pay structures are not fair across the board

      PTO and Benefits are wonderful Competitive pay For the most part, the employees across all the Wake sites are extremely hard working and promote a team atmosphere. Mid and EOY performance reviews EOY merit increases

      Cons

      Toxic micromanagement starting at the HR level going down to leadership Unprofessional leadership (talks inappropriately about staff and people that have left in public meetings) Dishonest reports to upper management to reflect the narrative, rather than the truth, leaving jobs exposed Questionable ethics (management/HR asked to change EOY reviews, when not warranted, but needing a cause to fire when companies closing and downsizing employees (to save the company money and not have to pay severances)) No clear job duties/expectations so you are constantly absorbing more No room for advancement Company often does not meet revenue goals, leading to no bonus for mid-level salary employees.

      micromanaging upper levels, incredibly high expectations, but continues to fire people, no forward thinking from management
