Every 6 or so months, the company will do a reorg, which will result in good people losing their jobs and the remaining individual contributors left to pick up the pieces. There is very little guidance from senior leadership. What MANTL is doing is not because of the current market, it's due to incompetent leadership and will continue beyond 2023. The healthcare benefits are standard for the industry (so nothing special) and there is no 401K match. There is very little opportunity for growth.. The culture has a serious lack of empathy and your success is going to depend on who is your manager and how good they are at playing politics, Finally, the company has been slow to address customer concerns. Instead of hiring people to address these concerns, they are hiring a bunch of sales people as they think that will magically help them make more money.
