The organization is still growing after 70 years, but its still small enough to provide up-and-coming leaders with cross-functional opportunities for development and advancement. The family-friendly schedule is an added benefit, allowing extra time with the family on Friday afternoons.

Cons

No major cons. The salary becomes less competitive at the higher leadership levels, but it’s a nonprofit, so that is to be expected.
