1. The company overall is doing well financially. Job security is at least good for me. 2. If you are willing to, there is a lot of opportunity to learn. 3. Co-workers are generally nice and professional. 4. International travel if you like.
Cons
1. Job is very demanding. It is not an 8-5 job. 2. As the company grows rapidly, the internal procedure and process is very behind. You will find a lot times there is very limited or no procedure for you to implement a practice. However it does not bother me much, because I can be the one to establish it, and I did learn during this kind of challenging and sometimes frustrating process. 3. Upper Management only pursue margins... always try to beat the competitors on price. The goal is only to make the product with the lowest price in the market. 4. Company is constructed very very lean. Advancement opportunity is also limited.
