Pros
- The Professional Development program with MBL is very robust and flexible. They supported me as I completed my master's, which I had started prior to coming to MBL.
- Career Development is certainly a focus here at MBL. Leadership wants to see all employees thrive and will work to do their best to find the right fit for everyone. From this support, I have been exposed to proposal writing, speaking at conferences, and exploring new opportunities for MBL that are of interest to me.
- As a predominately virtual company, MBL works to create opportunities for employees to gather outside of work. This includes baseball games, end of year celebrations, and happy hours/dinners to instill a community beyond work.
Cons
No cons immediately come to mind. MBL leadership is very proactive with spotting areas of improvement and acting on them.
