- Lack of effective organized employee training
- Pay not as good as other EMS providers in the area
- Lack of effective maintenance/engineering support on weekend shifts
- No facilities personnel available on weekend shifts, often resulting in restrooms becoming unbearable/unusable due to toilets clogged with human waste, overfilled garbage bins in cafeteria and other unsightly/unsanitary conditions
- Indifferent if not outright hostile attitude and policies towards employees by upper management and HR
- Ineffective/indecisive middle management
- Advancement opportunities are nearly non-existent
- Company has infuriating vacation policy - one can apply for vacation time anywhere from 2-3 months to a YEAR in advance and yet still be denied
