Great Work Place with excellent benefits - Social Media Manager MC Creative Group Employee Review

Mc Creative was a wonderful place to work from the start. I loved it here because everyone was authentic. The owners welcome creativity and lead by example (you will not find a harder working team!) The management team is approachable and easy to reach. It allowed me to get acclimated into my role very quickly. They were always there when I had questions. The environment fostered a team effort with frequent collaboration on projects. We also are given autonomy to work and make decisions. The owners provide clear direction of what is expected; and your performance is communicated frequently to allow you to grow. Everyone is given the opportunity to be treated like family in this organization We worked hard and had fun. I learned a lot during my time here. Many skills and lessons that I can carry on throughout my career.

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoyed this company and the owners. It was challenging at times to balance changing priorities, however, communication with the team made things easier.

Was able to meet some really exciting people and work with some clients that I would have never imagined i would work with.

I worked there a year and it was a fun opportunity but i realized I wanted to do something else.
