Pros
People not in upper management roles. Resources throughout the company to assist with logistics etc. Decent pay and benefits (but you will work unreasonably for it). Team atmosphere throughout all US locations.
Cons
Upper Management. The "boys club" mentioned in other reviews is a correct analysis of the dynamic. These people are arrogant and quick to judge. They think their system is the only way of doing things. No support or training for their specialized accounting and project management systems. Personal life? Say bye bye. Expect to work 24/7 over holidays and into the night and through the night any time during the calendar year. This is expected and unrecognized. Certain Account Execs with large clients are the ones reviewing you. Not your immediate supervisor. Management will cater to the Account Exec and/or client without a care to your loyalty and/or ability to perform the job.
