Pros

Favourable financial incentives Good amount of Holiday allowance

Cons

Managers and Directors judge you from you personal appearance-making you feel worthless. If you dont fit their ‘mold’then you wont fit in. They often used the term ‘bright young thing’ to explain the type of staff they are looking for. Management talk to their juniors in such a rude and patronising way that it made me feel so upset and anxious the whole time were there. Management are not approachable in the slightest and are plain and simply rude and patronising. Constantly feeling on edge as they used to get rid of people for no real reason- mainly if they dont make a excellent first impression from the first day or if the ceo isnt a fan. The ceo is very particular and often really rude. There are career opportunities but only to those who the ceo likes from the get go. If you dont work late every night then they assume you are slacking. Managment frown on people who leave work on time and expect you to have no social life in the week

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and we are sorry you have taken the anonymous but public step to share your views without having made any such observations to people within the business. In fact, we don’t recognise your description of what you experienced. Should any reader of this message want to know more about MCFT please get in touch, we would be delighted to invite you to visit us. You have referred to ‘bright young things’ as being the type of staff we are looking for. What we mean by this is that we are seeking enthusiastic, creative, switched on and energised people – young at heart and not set in their ways. We are looking for people with flexibility, and people who can see opportunities and seize them – turning them into reality. We would have liked the opportunity to speak with you about this had you have given us the chance before you left but would still welcome the conversation now if you’d like to engage with us. We look for people who are keen to create the right impression from the start, as are most employees. If the correct attitudes and behaviours are not demonstrated, we do sometimes have to exit people from our business, but this is not something we take pleasure in doing. Our business doesn’t judge anybody on appearance – we encourage equality and diversity and are proud to have all sorts of unique individuals working for us! Problems, if there are any, are not solved on social media but in real life. Wishing you all the best.

Pros

Have been with the company for over two years. I love the people that I work alongside and my role. Everyday is different and not once have I felt I have not been supported. It is true that at MCFT there are high expectations. Don't join if you are just along for the ride. You will be expected to work and contribute but it is a company where if you do that, you can really make a difference and impact change. You will not just be a number. Great opportunities as well within the business to work in other territories and also training for those that are wanting development.

Cons

For me there have not been any; for others the 8 am start may not be desirable, but expect they will like the 4pm finish on a Friday.
