Pros

I sadly can't think of any pros. The biggest pro is that I eventually left the toxic work environment.

Cons

Where do I start? This company is the definition of a toxic work environment. Not only is the owner a misogynist, his henchwoman may be even worse than he is (if that's possible). The only thing constant at this company is new employees, since nobody sticks around there—and for good reason. If you want to avoid a lot of problems and heartache, RUN—not walk—away from MD Publishing. Yes, it's that bad.

Pros

I have no idea who wrote the negative review, but they must be senile. MD Publishing is by far one of the best places to grow in sales and marketing. The President's approach is pretty simple: If you work hard, you get noticed. The leadership is constantly taking bold steps to fulfill the company's goals. If the John Krieg has a vision he is going to act on it, which is one of the things I respected most about him. The energy at MD is high and very collaborative. Top performers are noticed and rewarded accordingly.

Cons

Having a Chik-fil-a across the street made me gain 15 pounds.

Relaxed environment and good portfolio builder. Learned technical skills

Cons

Not the most professional work environment. Management still needed to development.
