Pros

I sadly can't think of any pros. The biggest pro is that I eventually left the toxic work environment.

Cons

Where do I start? This company is the definition of a toxic work environment. Not only is the owner a misogynist, his henchwoman may be even worse than he is (if that's possible). The only thing constant at this company is new employees, since nobody sticks around there—and for good reason. If you want to avoid a lot of problems and heartache, RUN—not walk—away from MD Publishing. Yes, it's that bad.

Loved my co-workers; but how they were treated by the higher ups, not so much.

Pros

Snacks. Summer hours. Creative projects. The office is close to lots of restaurants, parks and lakes.

Cons

Sexism. Racism. No benefits. Very low salary. Bullying. Harassment. The high turn over rate proves that good employees can't suffer the toxic environment for long.
