Pros
I am a current employee at MDF Instruments. The atmosphere is positive and creative with a culture unlike any place I have ever worked. The growth potential is unlimited and you have the freedom to make things happen. It is far from the typical 9-5 corporate position which is one of the reasons I have been so happy here for so long.
Cons
As a smaller company in a growth phase there are still a few things that I wish we had. However at the rate we are growing and the speed in which things happen I have no doubt that those things will come.
