      Pros

      Relatively higher salary than other publishing houese.

      Cons

      The management is completely inhumane, with no work-life balance at all. The company has a very strong Chinese-style vibe, the work is mechanical and not valuable, and it’s poison for long-term career development.

      Pros

      My experience with MDPI has been great. Their staff is professional and organized, and there's no shadiness in regards to pay. They provide training and English Editing guides, and there is room for advancement in the company.

      Cons

      Training was brief; however, sources and trainer are available beyond the training period.
