      Convenient in terms of very flexible working hours.

      Cons

      This position is not secure at all and my quota is never filled, meaning I don't get paid anywhere near what I want.

      Pros

      My experience with MDPI has been great. Their staff is professional and organized, and there's no shadiness in regards to pay. They provide training and English Editing guides, and there is room for advancement in the company.

      Cons

      Training was brief; however, sources and trainer are available beyond the training period.
