Great strat up for a carrer, but I would focus on getting into a Pharma instead of a CRO - Research Analyst MDS Pharma Employee Review

Close knit environment that was very enjoyable.

Didn't have the ability to move around as much as a larger pharma company. Basically you did your time so you could get to big pharma.

Hard working knowledgeable scientists and staff; friendly atmosphere; approachable local management team. Modern facility with state of the art equipment.

Senior management team not very knowledgeable about the work performed at our sitel there were various lines of service but they only seemed to think there was one. This affected the marketing effort and the business was significantly undersold and therefore underperformed - very frustrating when you have staff keen to work hard, do a good job. Many staff were disilusioned with the pay for performance package. Some activities seemed to be duplicated at various sites& expertise was therefore duplicated - seemed like different sites/business units competed for the same business
