      Pros

      I wish there were some pros other than the staff discount.

      Cons

      - Toxic working environment. - Leadership team including the CEO are unkind and bully their staff. - Poor management with underqualified heads of department leading teams. - Expected to work well outside of office hours, into the evening, and at weekends. Working for this business absolutely broke me. I had to go to therapy for a year after leaving ME+EM to heal.

      Pros

      Working at ME+EM has been nothing short of great — the team is incredibly friendly, the work is genuinely interesting, and I feel supported every step of the way. The interview process stood out as especially positive: the take-home task removed the stress of performing under pressure in a live technical interview, and the exercise itself was fair and reflective of the real work we do, rather than unrelated system-design puzzles. The loop was refreshingly short, with quick, clear feedback, making the whole experience feel respectful and transparent.

      Amazing leadership team. Lovely office environment and nice people. Founder-led so very inspirational place to work. Beautiful product and really committed, passionate team.

      Cons

      Growing business so can be very busy & stressful at times. This is also what makes it exciting though!
