7yYour positive outlook on Merrill is refreshing! It is challenging when people forget to involve the person who is actually in the position where change is being requested. You are correct that your voice should be heard and that the solution is two-way communication. Should this continue to happen, please feel empowered to get upper management or HR involved so we can work to a better solution. It is only by working as a team will our challenges get resolved.
