Even though I was just laid off, this was the BEST company I've worked for in my life. The management, the people, the work/life balance, etc. I am so sad that I had to be cut, but they were gracious and I totally understand.

What's happening now, sadly, is due to the current administration.

The company genuinely cares about its employees on a personal level. Some coworkers are supportive and collaborative. Opportunities to take on challenging projects (though support may be limited). Exposure to high-responsibility tasks can be a learning experience.

Lack of transparency in how employee efforts and performance are evaluated, especially during layoffs. Poor communication and direction from leadership. Employees often placed in high-risk situations without adequate guidance. Leadership decisions and inefficiencies negatively impact morale and productivity. Inexperienced employees may struggle due to insufficient support.
