      Pros

      Great work culture, fun and relaxing work environment. All I really imagined from a first internship. Got to learn a lot of interesting stuff from experienced people and make an impact from day 1. Great experience, great place to be.

      - Good colleagues. - Depends on the team, some fun projects.

      Cons

      - Since 2025, the company’s direction has significantly declined. After replacing the former CEO, leadership has felt more performative than effective, with an excessive focus on optics and KPIs rather than real substance (5 Rolex and counting up). - The newly hired CTO has shown little meaningful leadership from an employee perspective, while staff morale has suffered under growing concerns about job security.
