      Pros

      Company is rapidly expanding. Coworkers and management are friendly. Seems to be well-respected in community. Company is profitable and has profit sharing.

      Cons

      Company is very fast-paced, with goal of squeezing every drop out of employees, which admittedly can be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. Decision making is very top-heavy and ambitions are outpacing the labor force they have on hand. Pay does not make up this deficiency.

      Good job overall really enjoy working at mfa oil

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
