Terrible Experience

Pros

Can't believe I cannot come up with one. After working in the Breaktime division for over 2 yrs as a manager.

Cons

Advancement for a chosen few, inept supervisor, everyone is considered a thief, solutions to issues are always terminations, supervisors were not held to the same exacting standards as managers and employees. Supervisors were allowed to use abusive and degrading treatment and this treatment was never addressed regardless no matter whom concerns were addressed. I would never recommend employment with this company especially Breaktime division.

Pros

MFA Oil offers exceptional service to customers AND employees. Some of the cool things about being an employee here are: • Excellent perks including specialized days that feature giving back to community and each other! The HR team is committed to making all employees from brand new to veterans feel welcome and appreciated. • Fantastic co-workers! A great atmosphere for camaraderie through team-oriented goals shared by entire company, down to each department level. Open communication is encouraged. •Easy to follow on-boarding for new employees! The incredibly user-friendly process starts as soon as you are officially hired. You are given the opportunity to fill out paperwork in advance of your hire date and granted access to an on-boarding portal that acts as a continuing education tool. •Every co-worker I've met has a high-level of enthusiasm for what they do. This translates to top-quality customer service, inventive problem-solving and a true investment in the good of the company beyond today and into tomorrow.

Cons

So far, I've been incredibly happy with the company and haven't experienced any cons.

Pros

There is no good reason to work here anymore. It used to be a family oriented place to work where people actually cared about the employees. Definately do not recommend to anyone to work for this company. This company is all about who you are, if you do not suck up to the right people you will get nowhere in this company

Cons

Oh where do I start?..first of all let's start with the DM's neither one of the should be in the position they are in they talk to employees and managers like they are crap. NEVER anything positive to say, one of the couldn't even run a cash register let alone run a store and do what a manager does every day because he doesn't know how. Then there's the supervisors that are just as hateful to managers and employees definitely should be fired. You have staff in the office that no managers want to deal with because they talk down to them. They talk about people's color of their skin, what they are wearing, anything to make fun of people and they get away with it. When is this company going to realize they have lost a lot of good and long term managers and employees because of these people, they will continue to loose more and never be able to keep good help. SAD it's so bad they are throwing managers into positions when they aren't even trained, that's setting them up to fail, because no one above them knows what they are doing to train them properly. Also they had to close food service down for awhile in a brand new store because everyone walked out of a brand new store. It's because of office people, supervisors and DM's. Years ago this wouldn't have happened. Wake up and look at the people you have working for you.
