Pros
IT department is full of respectful people who want to resolve problems. There is a laid back approach to the position while also ensuring the phones are constantly covered. The hours are great and working in the office doesn't feel like a drag since the break room and office inside and out are very appealing.
Cons
On call to assist the breaktimes being open over night. Only an issue because you have minimal training on that side of it. Password set up is a pain and requires too much IT involvement for initial password setup as new employees always have to call in to set it up even with a link/email sent.
